Cross-play for Apex Legends has been confirmed by EA and Respawn Entertainment. The announcement came at EA Play Live 2020.
The change means that PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC gamers will be able to play together – though there is no confirmation how EA intend to manage the keyboard and mouse advantage afforded to PC gamers.
The Apex Legends cross-play announcement comes hot on the heels of the announcement that Respawn will be creating a second studio purely focused on Apex Legends. Expect the number of content updates to increase significantly in the coming months.
