As an adult gamer, I get it: life is hard. You work, you do your best to meet your responsibilities and, if you’re lucky, you’ll get some game time before the cycle repeats.
Making positive changes in life can be a huge challenge. I should know; I’ve struggled with my weight for most of my adult life but have managed to lost 30 pounds in the past 9 months through exercise (dieting doesn’t work for me). I still have some way to go to get to my goal weight but ~I know that hard work works.
When it comes to making positive changes, sometimes the motivation to start (or continue) is half of the battle. Inspirational quotes and videos have really helped me to persevere on icy winter mornings when all I’ve wanted to do is turn off my alarm and go back to sleep.
As a gamer, I’ve often tried to search for motivational quotes with a link to video games, but until today, I hadn’t been able to find any good examples. This morning, however, I stumbled upon some Twitter posts by Untechable Performance.
